Mr Michael Canning, through his company Ballyness, has completed 2 projects during the past year at The Bailey Centre, Coffs Harbour.
The Bailey Centre Pharmacy expanded into an adjoining area and Michael completed all the necessary building works while coordinating electrical and air-conditioning contractors to ready the new shop for final interior fitout. This project was undertaken by our tenant and was completed whilst the pharmacy continued its normal trade.
The fitout of Amart All Sports was a large project undertaken by centre management to accommodate the needs of a new large tenant. The job involved a complete "gutting" of the existing shop and a major expansion into adjoining areas. A complete new drop ceiling system was put in place and new offices, toilets etc were added. The job was completed in a short time period to enable A Marts shop fitters to fit out the new store. Michael was responsible for coordinating electrical, air-conditioning, painting, concreting, floor covering and building contractors and completed the project to the complete satisfaction of both the new tenant and Bailey Centre Management. Michael is always available to talk and we found him both a reliable and ethical man to deal with.

We have fit out over 500 square metres of empty area, and created 16 offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and bathroom areas. Ballyness Pty Ltd has provided us with an extremely trouble free experience in the creation of this environment.
From our side all we had was an idea and a plan! Mick handled the complete project. The benefit to us was that we had only one point of contact and one person to pay.
Right from initial negotiations with Mick, his enthusiasm and support for our project never waned.
